Director of Fiscal Services
The Director of Fiscal Services reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The position assists in providing support and managing the Business Office.
This position supervises cashiers, accounts payable, purchasing and payroll.
This position will be a key resource person for overseeing the daily activities in the office while working with the CFO.
Coordinate the annual external audit for the College.
Assist in month-end and fiscal year-end closing.
Approve journal entry transactions.
Assists with the College budget.
Manage and Track the capital project budget.
Assist in the creation of Board reports.
Serve as the project manager to oversee all projects and ensure they are staying on course.
Assist with the maintenance of processes and procedures for various functional areas within the Business Office.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Business Field 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with previous supervisory experience desired Click APPLY NOW for the complete job description & applications accepted.
